Sometimes inspiration doesn’t begin with a big idea.

Sometimes it begins with one person.

For us, one of those people was Lauren.

From the moment I met her, there was something about her that stayed with me - her confidence, her creativity, her kindness, and the way she was completely herself.

Through my friendship with Ewa, I had the chance to watch Lauren grow, explore her creativity and become more and more of the person she was meant to be.

And somewhere along the way, Ewa and I started talking.

About young people.
About confidence.
About creativity.
About how much it matters to feel seen, supported and encouraged while you’re still discovering who you are.

Those conversations became ideas.
The ideas became a vision.
And eventually, that vision became BLOOM.

BLOOM was created to give young people a space to express themselves, take chances, make friendships, discover opportunities and know that they don’t have to fit into someone else’s idea of perfect to belong.

And Lauren will always be part of the heart behind it.

Not because BLOOM was created for one person... but because she helped us see what we wanted it to stand for.
