DO I NEED MODELLING EXPERIENCE?

Not at all! 🌸

BLOOM welcomes children and teens of all experience levels - from those stepping onto a runway for the very first time to young models already working in the industry.

Come ready to learn, grow, have fun and be yourself.

DO I NEED TO AUDITION?

No! BLOOM is now registration-based.

We want BLOOM to be an opportunity to learn and experience the industry, not something you need previous experience to qualify for.

Simply complete your registration to begin your BLOOM experience.

WHY DO I NEED TO SUBMIT AN INTRODUCTION VIDEO?

We simply want to get to know you! 🤍

After registering, you'll be asked to send us a short, casual video introducing yourself and telling us a little about who you are and why you're excited to join BLOOM.

This is not an audition. No professional filming, editing or runway walk is required — just be yourself!

HOW MUCH DOES BLOOM COST?

There is a $50 + HST registration fee to register for BLOOM.

Following registration, families will be able to choose from three BLOOM participation packages, starting at $650 + HST.

Each package will include a different level of the BLOOM experience, so families can choose the option that works best for them.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY $50 REGISTRATION FEE?

The full $50 registration amount will be credited toward the BLOOM participation package you choose.

It is not an additional fee on top of your package.

WHEN DO I CHOOSE MY BLOOM PACKAGE?

After registration, you will receive a separate email introducing the three BLOOM participation packages, including pricing, inclusions and next steps.

You'll then be able to select the experience that's right for you.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE BLOOM PACKAGES?

Each of our three packages will offer a different level of the BLOOM experience.

Depending on the package selected, experiences and inclusions may include industry workshops, runway training, professional photography, portfolio-building opportunities, designer experiences and participation in the BLOOM runway show.

Full package details will be provided to registered families.

ARE THE WORKSHOPS INCLUDED?

Workshop access will be included according to the BLOOM participation package selected.

Full workshop and package details will be provided following registration.

WILL EVERY PARTICIPANT WALK THE BLOOM RUNWAY?

Yes! 🌸

Once your BLOOM participation package is selected and your participation is confirmed, you'll be preparing to walk the BLOOM runway on January 2, 2027.

Designer assignments, looks and runway details will be determined as we get closer to the event.

ARE REHEARSALS MANDATORY?

Local participants will be expected to attend scheduled rehearsals whenever possible.

We understand that some BLOOM participants may be travelling from outside Ontario, across Canada, the U.S. or internationally.

If you're unable to attend an earlier rehearsal due to travel, don't worry! Please let the BLOOM team know in advance. Alternative preparation instructions will be provided.

All participants must be available in Toronto on January 1, 2027 for the final BLOOM preparation, fittings and runway rehearsal.

WHEN ARE THE REHEARSALS?

Rehearsal dates and times will be provided to registered participants once the schedule is finalized.

CAN PARENTS ATTEND THE JANUARY 1 WORKSHOPS?

Details regarding parent access to workshops and other January 1 activities will be provided with the full BLOOM schedule.

WHAT HAPPENS ON JANUARY 1 AND JANUARY 2?

JANUARY 1, 2027 — BLOOM WORKSHOP & EXPERIENCE DAY

Participants will come together for workshops, industry education, runway preparation and other BLOOM experiences.

JANUARY 2, 2027 — THE BLOOM RUNWAY SHOW

It's show day! Participants will take everything they've learned and experienced and step onto the BLOOM runway.

ARE TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDED?

No. Participants and their families are responsible for their own travel, transportation and accommodations unless specifically stated otherwise in their selected package.

WHAT IF WE REGISTER AND LATER CAN'T ATTEND?

Please make sure the BLOOM dates work for your family before registering.

The $50 + HST registration fee is non-refundable. Once a participation package is selected, package payments are also subject to BLOOM's Terms & Conditions and payment/refund policies.

If something unexpected happens, please contact the BLOOM team as soon as possible.

WHAT AGES CAN PARTICIPATE?

BLOOM is open to children and teens ages 4–18.

WHERE IS BLOOM TAKING PLACE?

BLOOM – The Next Generation Runway takes place in Toronto, Canada, on January 1 & 2, 2027.

Additional venue and arrival information will be provided to participating families.

WILL PARTICIPANTS WORK WITH INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS?

Yes! This is a major part of the BLOOM experience.

Participants will have opportunities to learn from professionals working within the modelling, fashion, photography, talent and content-creation industries.

Our speaker and industry guest announcements will be shared as we get closer to BLOOM.

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER I REGISTER?

Once your registration and payment are complete, you'll receive instructions for submitting your short introduction video.

Then keep an eye on your inbox - we'll be sending your BLOOM participation package options, rehearsal information and next steps.
